Over Rotator
Rotator is a dynamic pavement sign with an A1 click frame. The rotating sign is printed on both sides, so each rotation creates a different image in the streetscape. The poster will also stand out more because of the moving sign. Because the sign is easy to replace, you retain the flexibility to communicate appropriate messages about your business. Rotator offers the opportunity to stand out in the current streetscape and increase your attention value. The pavement sign is fully customizable, so it will always seamlessly fit your store concept or brand identity.
Ordering and payment
You can choose from the following payment methods: iDEAL, VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, Mister Cash, Sofort banking, Giro Pay, or PayPal. When paying by credit card (VISA and Mastercard), your credit card will only be charged by your credit card company once your order has been delivered.

Status of your shipment
At Rotator, we believe it's important that you know exactly what the status of your order is.
- Order confirmation: After your order you will receive an order confirmation by email.
- Digital invoice: Our sales team will check all your details and send you a digital invoice for your records.
- Track & Trace: You will receive a notification when your package has been packed and you will receive your Track & Trace number.

Exchange and return
How do I exchange my item?
At Rotator, we value speed. That's why, if you'd like a different product, you can order it in advance. You can simply return the product you don't want.
How do I return my item?
We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the product, but we are happy to help you. Download the return form hereTo ensure the refund process goes as smoothly as possible, it's important that you complete the form completely.
Return options
Once you have sent us the return form, our colleagues will come and collect the package from you.
Repack your item
Make sure your product is safely packaged. This can be done in the same box it was delivered in. Use air cushions, bubble wrap, or other cushioning material to minimize empty space in your package. This will prevent any damage during transport.
If your item arrived in multiple packages that were tied together with a strap or lid, reconnect them with rope or tape.
The status of your return
Once the order has been returned to us, we will inspect the package. We will notify you about the refund or delivery of the replacement product.
Refund
If you've returned a product, we'll inspect it as soon as it arrives. You'll then be notified by email about the refund.
Exclusions from the right of return
Custom-made items and items from our own production that are made especially for you are excluded from the right of return. This is clearly indicated on the product page for these items with a "made especially for you" button.
My product was delivered damaged
Was your product delivered damaged? We're very sorry to hear this. The defect could be due to a manufacturing error or careless delivery.
- Defect due to manufacturing error: You can take a photo of the defective product and the suspected cause and send it to us. We will then contact you to find a suitable solution. Your satisfaction as a customer is our top priority!
- Defective delivery: It's possible the delivery driver handled your package a little too enthusiastically. Please take a photo of the damaged box and the defective product and email it to our customer service. We will contact you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution.
Report damage within 2 working days!
Every package is packed with the utmost care, but unfortunately, drivers don't always handle our packages with the utmost care. Therefore, the above is important to ensure everything goes smoothly. Damage must be reported within two business days of delivery. To provide you with the best possible service, we kindly request that you send us a total of three photos. In the event of damage, we ask you to do the following:
- Take a photo that clearly shows the product and the damage. If multiple products are damaged, clearly show this in the photo. If (partially) protective gear is present, please include this in the photo.
- Take a photo of the packaging. If fragile tape is present, please include it in the photo(s).
- Take a photo of the packing slip that was included with the damaged delivery.
Once we receive the images above, we can help you repair your damage. We apologize again for the inconvenience!
Rotator cannot be held liable for any damage during transport if you have signed for receipt. If there is a high probability that someone else will accept your package, please ensure that person is aware of the above procedure.
Tips for a damaged delivery
We classify a damaged delivery as visible damage upon delivery and suspected damage upon delivery.
- Visible damage: If the product is visibly damaged, we advise you to refuse the package and ask the carrier to take it back. You are therefore not accepting this shipment due to damage!
- Suspected damage: If damage is suspected but not visible through the packaging, please make a note on the waybill or the signature device. If the driver does not allow this, we advise you to use an "X" as your signature. This way, our customer service team will know exactly how to handle this.
My order is incomplete
Did you order multiple products and not all of them were delivered? Don't panic! There are two possible causes.
Either one of your products was temporarily unavailable. We will always notify you of this. You can therefore expect another package from us soon. Unfortunately, where hard work is involved, mistakes sometimes happen. It's possible a colleague was asleep. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will ensure you receive the missing product as soon as possible.
