The Rotator with a round or water base is the latest development in pavement signs. Adding a rotating flag makes the pavement sign stand out even more in the streetscape.

The pavement sign comes with a mobile base that can be filled with 45 liters of water or weighted down with paving stones. The metal frame and springs are electrolytically galvanized to prevent the pavement sign from rusting.
